东桐路102号，我们把它当作一个家。

一个家，是许多亲密个体共同生长的空间。空间为人，它不需要一个华丽的表达，而是一个温暖的内核。

这座外观朴素的老建筑休憩于江边。初看上去，这是一栋朴素无华的建筑。但深入其中，你就会感到自己已经被内部所展现的睿智与真挚包裹了起来。原建筑主体的灰白色基调，是岁月洗刷过的痕迹。我们希望改变整体建筑情绪的表达，同时快速提升了建筑主体与周边建筑物的辨识度，个性且保持独立。

设计灵感

把材质的运用削减到本质不剥离它的韵，保持干净纯粹感知它的生命力

Reduce the  material to essence without stripping its rhyme,keep it clean and purely perceive its vitality

一些新的东西并非站在旧的事物边上,而是从旧物中长出并和它交织

Some new things do not stand beside the old things,but grow out of the old things and interweave with it.

一楼主要为休闲区，打破传统布局，把休憩、拍摄、就餐、观影、唱歌、绘画、阅读等多种功能融合在一起，高度自由，相对独立，模糊了工作和生活的界限。

二楼整层为洽谈区和接待区，设计去繁就简，以安静纯粹为主，延展空间，保证舒适度。

记录岁月、凝聚时间的老家具在这个空间中得以延用。

The old furniture that records time and freezes time can be used in this space.

以及所有并不完美的真实

墙面的红砖好像被凝固在某个施工过程中的某一状态

拆除留下的痕迹是天然的背景画

不同材质以精致和粗糙的方式碰撞

创造新的奇迹

赋予新的生命

The red bricks on the wall seem to be solidified in a certain state during the construction process

The traces left by the demolition are natural background paintings
